Refund Policy

Every server gets a 30-day free trial with every feature, no card required, so you can be sure KyPanel fits before you pay.

Monthly licences

Monthly payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time from the client area and the licence stays active until the end of the month already paid. There is no charge after that.

Yearly licences

The first payment of a yearly licence can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment. After 14 days, and for yearly renewals, payments are not refundable; cancelling stops the next renewal and the licence stays active until the end of the paid year.

Charged by mistake

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for a server you no longer use because of an error on our side, we refund the charge.

How to ask

Open a ticket at my.kypanel.com with the server address and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
